Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 25 mins. Gymnasts joining Accelerated should have, or be close to, a pull-over on bars and/or a backbend kickover on floor (without any help/spotting). A recommendation by a coach is suggested before moving to Accelerated. |

Girls Gymnastics *SUMMER* Girls Gymnastics is for 6 to 9 year olds and is perfect for keeping kids flexible, strong, fit, and having fun. This class is great for beginners through intermediate level gymnasts. Classes meet once a week for one hour and 25 minutes. |
Established in 2013, SAG is a new, high level training facility fully equipped with the best gymnastics equipment available. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for every athlete, regardless of level, and lead them as far as they want to go. We are dedicated to helping all students reach their potential, both physically and mentally, through the sport of gymnastics. We strive to provide an environment that cultivates listening skills, confidence, self-esteem, selfdiscipline and responsibility.
