Class Description

Mommy & Me Mommy and Me/ Someone Special and Me class for children walking to 3 years old. Parents will help their children follow the directions of the instructors and stay together, while instructors will lead the children through obstacle courses teaching body awareness, strength, climbing, jumping and introductory gymnastics skills.

PRIVATE WINIK GROUP *THURSDAY* This is a private class and requires an invitation. Please note this class runs on THURSDAYS from 4:15PM to 5:40PM.

Girls Gymnastics Girls Gymnastics is for 6 to 9 year olds and is perfect for keeping kids flexible, strong, fit, and having fun. This class is great for beginners through intermediate level gymnasts. Classes meet once a week for one hour and 25 minutes.

Pre-Team, Twice per Week (invite only) Pre-Team is for students who have mastered the basics in their Rec Gymnastics program and are looking to advance at a faster pace. Pre-Team preps gymnasts for one of our Competitive Team Programs. Pre-Team practice is more challenging than our Rec classes while still providing a nurturing environment that celebrates every accomplishment.

Tiny Tumblers Tiny Tumblers for ages 3-5 years. This class increases strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, independence & self esteem! A fun warm up is followed by obstacle courses and beginner gymnastics skills (forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, etc.) Tiny Tumblers incorporates junior sized and full sized gymnastics equipment. Class meets once a week for 55 minutes.

Gymnastics for Dancers Gymnastics for Dancers for ages 6 & up. This class focuses on floor skills only (walkovers, aerials, etc). Perfect for Dancers who want to add gymnastics tricks to their routines & want to learn how to connect dance moves into gymnastics tricks. This class meets once a week for 55 minutes.

Senior Gymnastics Senior Gymnastics 10 to 18 years. This class is for kids who want to stay in the sport of gymnastics past the Recreational level, but may not want the time commitment of the Team programs. You can take this program and still train to as high of a level as you like. Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 55 minutes.

Supported Gymnastics Small obstacle course based class for children who require parent/guardian support. Parent/guardian must join in class and help children follow the obstacle course and stay with the instructor.

Mommy & Me Mommy and Me/ Someone Special and Me class for children walking to 3 years old. Copper 1 & 2 (invite only) Copper is our first level of competitive team in the USAIGC league. It's broken into Copper 1 (first year) and Copper 2 (second year). This is an invite-only program. Please confirm with Sagamore staff prior to registering.

USAIGC Bronze/Silver/Gold (invite only) This is an invite-only program. Please confirm with Sagamore staff prior to registering. This option practices 3 days a week.

Optional TEAM Practice Day EXTRA practice day for Copper 2 or Silver/Bronze/Gold. Invite Only.

Mommy & Me Mommy and Me/ Someone Special and Me class for children walking to 3 years old. Parents will help their children follow the directions of the instructors and stay together, while instructors will lead the children through obstacle courses teaching body awareness, strength, climbing, jumping and introductory gymnastics skills.

Girls Gymnastics Girls Gymnastics is for 6 to 9 year olds and is perfect for keeping kids flexible, strong, fit, and having fun. This class is great for beginners through intermediate level gymnasts. Class meets once a week for an hour and twenty five minutes.

Accelerated Gymnastics Accelerated Gymnastics is for gymnasts who require and want a more advanced pace than our Girls gym classes, but who do not want to be on the Pre-Team or Team levels. Class meets once a week for 1 hour and 25 mins. Gymnasts joining Accelerated should have, or be close to, a pull-over on bars and/or a backbend kickover on floor (without any help/spotting). A recommendation by a coach is suggested before moving to Accelerated.

Pre-Team *SUMMER* (invite only) Pre-Team is for students who have mastered the basics in their Rec Gymnastics program and are looking to advance at a faster pace. Pre-Team preps gymnasts for one of our Competitive Team Programs.
